Notice is hereby given that the 63rd Annual General Meeting of the Singapore Polo Club will be held at the Clubhouse on Tuesday, 23rd March 2010 at 7.30pm.
BUSINESS
- To confirm the minutes of the 62nd Annual General Meeting held on 30th March 2009. Click here to read.

- To receive the Reports of the Committee.
- To receive and adopt the Audited Financial Statement for the period 1st January 2009 to 31st December 2009. Click here to read.
- To appoint Auditors for the year 2010.
- To elect members of the Committee, in accordance with Rule 37a(iii) of the Constitution, for the year 2010.
- To elect members of the Trustee Group, in accordance with Rule 33a of the Constitution, for the year 2010.
- To consider and vote upon any resolutions that have been tabled in accordance with Rule 37a(v).

NOMINATIONS for election to the Committee and Trustee Group should, in accordance with Rule 30(b), be completed on the prescribed forms and must be received by the Honorary Secretary not later than 7.30pm on 16th March 2010. Nomination papers are to be submitted at the Club Office (Clubhouse basement).
PROXY FORMS, duly signed, must be submitted at the Club Office (Clubhouse basement) by 7.30pm on 22nd March 2010.
