New Verandah Policy
With effect from 1 August, children aged 10 & under will not be allowed to access the right Verandah (Mountbatten Room side) during and after polo (i.e. Tuesday & Thursday from 5pm onwards and Saturday & Sunday from 4:30pm onwards). This new policy will be implemented in response to feedback from a significant number of members who wish to watch polo and dine without unnecessary distraction. This policy will also ensure that all members have an equal opportunity to enjoy the ambiance and comfort of the Club during this peak period. We thank you for your understanding and compliance with this request.
Change to Late Penalty Policy
With effect from 1 August 2010, there will be a change to the late penalty fee to 2% of outstanding balance OR $50 fee; whichever is higher. In addition, the credit facility for members that appear on our Delinquent’s List (outstanding account between 61-90 days) will be suspended until settlement of the account. Such members may also be requested to increase the deposit that is paid to the Club.
Closure of Facilities for 7th Month Festival & Dinner Auction
Please be informed that the 7th Month Festival & Dinner Auction will be held on Saturday 14 August 2010 from 7.30pm onwards at the Covered Arena. The following facilities will be closed for this event:
