The Singapore Polo Club is a prestigious members’ Club and the premier equestrian facility in Singapore and South East Asia.
Due to the expansion of the Show Jumping and Dressage disciplines and a yard of more than 50 horses, we are inviting dynamic and self-motivated professionals to join our team as:
a) Stable Manager
b) Riding Instructor
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Stable Manager
Possess a minimum Stage 4 Stable Management Certificate and AI qualification
Good interpersonal and communication skills with members, staff and management
Experience in staff management to an efficient and high standard
Minimum of 2 years working experience as a Riding Instructor
Possess a British Horse Society’s Assistant Instructor (BHS AI) Certificate or equivalent qualification
Good inter-personal skills to deliver high quality customer care.
Enjoy teaching at all levels; from beginners to competitive riders.

Pre-requisites
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fields
- 3 – 5 years marketing/sponsorship experience in leisure, sports or related industry
- Good command of the English Language; oral and written
- Network of sponsors and media in the luxury and leisure industry would be advantageous
- Ability to present proposals and effectively negotiate sponsorships
- Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and/or follow-up of sponsors for events and tournaments
- Managing media relations and organising press conferences for events
- Developing and executing marketing strategies for sponsorship and an annual business plan
- Developing marketing collateral for external and internal communication
- Production of the annual & quarterly magazines and other publications, including Annual Report
- Liaison with relevant parties for the production of the annual report
Responsibilities

- In-house creative services and technically competent in Adobe Suite including, but not limited to, Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design
- Quarterly & Annual Club magazines
- Maintaining & updating Club website
- Fortnightly e-newsletter to membership
- In-house photography

Pre-requisites
- University degree or diploma in related area
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good command of the English language (written & oral)
- Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident only
- Junior appointment with prospect of future career advancement
